We have to be ahead of the game
These are the issues that I believe are important to District 3:
*Creating jobs and attracting new home owners.
*Building support for local businesses who serve the east side of Kenosha as well as attracting new businesses.
*Stopping the run off of litter, particularly cigarette butts, and wash up onto our beaches and line the Lake bottom.
*Safeguarding the character in our historic section and scrutinizing building permits for inappropriate new housing that does not fit in with our heritage.
*Rethinking our recycling programs.
*Addressing the problems of abandoned and run down buildings that reduce our property values.
